Kratvix is provided for use by schools, colleges, coaching centres, students, and parents for educational purposes.

Accounts are tied to a real student, parent, teacher, or institution. Don't share login credentials.

Government schools get full access to the School ERP and Disha free, forever — no conditions attached.

Private schools, colleges, coaching centres, and school chains pay an annual or monthly subscription as agreed at sign-up.

Family Plan and Desktop App subscriptions bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date.

GST invoices are issued for every paid plan.

30 day free pilot for schools. If you pay and are not satisfied — full refund within 30 days. No questions.

Don't use Kratvix to harass, bully, or harm another student, teacher, or parent.

Don't attempt to access another school's or student's data.

Don't use Disha to attempt anything illegal or to generate harmful content.

We may suspend accounts that violate this policy to protect the safety of every student on the platform.
